Enterprise IT consulting, system architecture and cloud reliability

Independent technical assessment for companies that need to know what their systems can carry next year — and a written plan to get there. Includes our Cloud Infrastructure & High-Availability practice.

SYS.ARCH

Enterprise IT Consulting & System Architecture

We review how an existing system is built, where it is fragile and what it would take to change it: service boundaries, data ownership, integration contracts, failure modes and the cost of each option. The output is a written architecture assessment and a sequenced roadmap your own team can execute, with or without us.

  • Architecture and code-base assessment with written findings
  • Technical due diligence before an acquisition or a rebuild
  • Monolith-to-services and legacy modernisation roadmaps
  • Integration design between ERP, CRM and in-house systems

deliverable → Written assessment + sequenced roadmap

OPS.HA

Cloud Infrastructure & High-Availability Optimization

We design and harden the infrastructure a business system runs on: infrastructure as code, container platforms, database replication and backup, observability, capacity planning and failover. Availability targets are agreed in writing per engagement and measured with the client’s own monitoring — we publish no uptime figure of our own.

  • Infrastructure as code and reproducible environments
  • Observability: metrics, logs, traces and alerting that someone reads
  • Load testing, capacity planning and cost review
  • Backup, replication and failover design, tested by restore drills

deliverable → IaC repository + runbook + restore drill

//scope

What a Technical Audit covers

  • Architecture map: services, data stores, integrations and who owns each
  • Code-base health: structure, test coverage, dependency age and known vulnerabilities
  • Delivery: build, test and release pipeline, and how long a change takes to reach production
  • Operations: monitoring, alerting, backups and the last time a restore was actually tested
  • Security posture: access control, secrets handling, patching and exposed surfaces
  • Prioritised findings with an effort estimate per item, written for your engineers

An audit is scoped and priced in writing before it starts. Requesting one through this site costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Out of scope

  • No remote technical support for consumers, home computers or personal devices.
  • No virus removal, PC repair, printer, router or account-recovery services.
  • No third-party cleaning, optimisation or “speed-up” software, and no software resale.
  • No real-money gambling, betting or casino software, and no work on cheats or anti-cheat circumvention.
  • No cryptocurrency token sales, trading systems or financial-advice products.

The full list of business we do not take on is in the Terms of Service.
