1. Who operates this website

3sgamestudio.com is operated by 3S Game Studio OÜ, Osaühing (OÜ) — Estonian private limited company, registry code 16279375, EU VAT EE102395516, registered office Poordi tn 3-63, 10156 Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Harju maakond, Estonia, email contact@3sgamestudio.com. The company was entered in the Estonian e-Business Register on 28.07.2021; its principal activity is EMTAK 62011, computer programming activities.

2. What this website is

This is an informational business-to-business website for a software engineering and IT consulting company. It describes services offered to businesses and public-sector organisations. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract. No product is sold here, no payment is taken here, no software is distributed here and no account can be created here.

We do not provide consumer technical support. 3S Game Studio OÜ does not offer remote assistance, repair, troubleshooting, virus removal or account recovery for personal computers, phones or other consumer devices, and will never ask a member of the public for remote access to a device.

3. The engine sandbox is a demonstration

The interactive sandbox on the home page runs standard algorithms (a packet-routing mesh, A* pathfinding and a boids flock) entirely in your browser. It sends nothing to our server, stores nothing, and its figures are properties of the simulation, not measurements of any client system or a statement about our performance.

4. Requesting a Technical Audit

By sending the request form you confirm that:

• you are acting for a business or public body, not as a consumer;
• the information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you do not include passwords, credentials, personal data of third parties or confidential source code.

Requesting costs nothing and transfers nothing. A request creates no contract and no obligation on either side. If we propose work, its scope, deliverables, schedule and price are set out in a written proposal, and nothing is performed or invoiced before that proposal is signed. We treat what you send as confidential and use it only to assess and answer your request.

5. Business we do not take on

3S Game Studio OÜ does not develop, operate, promote or support:

• remote technical support, repair or troubleshooting services for consumers
• real-money gambling, betting, casino or loot-box-for-cash systems
• cheats, bots, anti-cheat circumvention or modified game clients
• malware, spyware, stalkerware or software designed to evade security controls
• cryptocurrency token sales, trading bots or financial-advice products
• adult or sexually explicit content
• anything unlawful in Estonia or in the jurisdiction where the software would be used

In particular, our interactive engine practice never works on real-money gambling in any form. A request in one of these categories is declined without further review.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, code, logo and graphics of this website belong to 3S Game Studio OÜ unless stated otherwise. Product, engine, cloud and platform names that appear here are the trademarks of their respective owners; they are used only to describe technologies we work with, and their use implies no endorsement, affiliation or authorisation. 3S Game Studio OÜ is not an authorised, official or certified partner of any software vendor, cloud provider or platform holder, and does not resell software licences.

In engagements, intellectual property in bespoke code is assigned to the client as set out in the written agreement. If you believe material published here infringes your rights, write to contact@3sgamestudio.com with the work, the URL and the basis of your claim.

7. What we do not warrant

The website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available so far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where services are agreed, the written agreement governs and this page does not vary it. No statement on this website is a guarantee of any technical or commercial outcome.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Subject to that, 3S Game Studio OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost business opportunity arising from the use of this website.

9. Links

Where this site links to a public register or an official source, it does so so that you can check what we say. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in this clause removes a right you may have under mandatory law in your own country.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies. Material changes are reflected in the review date at the top of this page.
